Updated - Gardens by the Bay 2019 Closure Dates Calendar

Dear Agent's,

Please refer to below image for Garden by the Bay updated 2019 Closure Dates Calendar for your planning purposes.   

We would like to highlight that all closure dates remain the same, except for December 2019. The updated closure dates in December are as follows: 

• Cloud Forest: 9 Dec 2019 
• OCBC Skyway: 2 Dec 2019 
• FYI there are no closure dates for the Flower Dome in Dec 2019. 

For guests who wish to use the Double Conservatories ticket on a closure date, please note that there will be no refund or exchange, as the tickets are only entitled to same day entry for both conservatories.

In the event of any dispute, Gardens by the Bay will not be liable for any miscommunication and will direct guests back to the Travel Agent they purchased the tickets from.

Please do assist to inform your guests and trade partners of the above. We thank you for your understanding and assistance in making our guests' experience at Gardens by the Bay a pleasant one!
